Two good books and all that jazz

There's not a single morning I wake up without wondering why I'm not studying earth science, geology or astronomy.

Read an amazing book called Color and Light in Nature by David K. Lynch and William Charles Livingston. Some crazy-good photography and beautiful explanations of naturally occuring optical phenomena. The best pics are the atmospheric sightings from the author's own backyard in Tucson. Now the first thing I do when I step out of the house is to look up :P

Another great book I read recently was The Climb by Anatoli Boukreev. Quite an unforgettable and rather horrifying story. My fascination with Mt.Everest began in 7th grade when I saw an NGC documentary about George Mallory. Its a general tendency since then to grab any book even remotely related to the Himalayas!

No exams for a while so using all ma time reading, listening to music and killing random folder-eating viruses. Prasanna is a freakin crazy guitarist!!!The album Be the Change is ultimate, a must-hear for any jazz/fusion fan. 'The Grapevine' is a killer!

Classes suspended for the whole of next week....Fun days are back again :).
Buhahaha.
